Bread Omlette

Bread Omlette, is the best and quickly used dish for breakfast or brunch.It is a simple and quick recipe with bread and egg omlette mixture. Each of us have our own ways of preparing this dish. Here is one of the simplest ways to prepare bread omlette.



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 egg
  • 2 bread slices 
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • finely chopped coriander
  • salt (according to taste)
  • 1 tsp turmeric 
  • oil/butter
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder(optional)
GARNISH:
  • finely chopped coriander 
  • finely chopped onions

METHOD:

Firstly take a bowl and add the beaten egg into it. Secondly add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt as per the taste.You can also add black pepper powder. Now stir the mixture well.

Heat the tawa. Dry roast your bread slice until it turns light brown.Remember DO NOT ROAST the slice totally. Light brown color would be enough for this stage.
Now dip this slight roasted bread slices in the mixture prepared. Now roast both sides of the slice. Transfer it into a serving plate and  Garnish your dish with finely chopped onions and coriander.
